Avonmere Debt Collection has been designed from the ground up. Adding a debt and your payment information couldn't be easier. Signup, confirm your email and you're set to go. Purchase a few credits to get your account up and running, tell us how you would like to receive your debts (we currently cover payment by cheque or BACS), enter the details of your debtor (who they are, where they live and as much or as little information as you feel is necessary) and sit back and relax.
We have a 97% success rate on all current debts under 60 days old, so you can rest assured that we will be doing everything we can to recover your money.
Detailed Information
After joining the site, users are required to add their contact details so that we can make sure your money gets sent directly to you.
Adding a Debtor
Once we have your information we will need the details on your debtor in order for us to initiate contact on your behalf. It’s incredibly simple to add an account to your debt management panel.
Simple Crediting System
Debt Credits (1 credit for each debt in progress) can be purchased singulary or in bulk. Simply decide how many outstanding debts you need to collect and purchase the appropriate number of credits - simplicity in itself!
Real Time Statistics
As soon as anything happens, your dashboard will be instantly updated. You can see what you are spending, your collection rates, which items need action and a whole host of other intuitive features unique to us!
Track our Progress
Through our unique back-end system, you are able to track our success and view all of the current and previous debts we have collected for you. Everything is summarised so you can see at a glance our progress.
Getting Your Money
We never hold or have access to your money. We will be notified by your debtor when they pay you and you will automatically be kept informed of any such developments. We do recommend however that, as soon as you receive any payment, you update your account with us. This is to avoid us chasing money that is no longer owed.
