Guarantee....
ACCA gives the client a full Money Back Guarantee when we do not recover enough money to cover your costs with us. The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- It applies to a minimum of the first 10 accounts that we complete action on.
- The age of each debt should not be greater than 12 months when you ask us to act on it.
- You must supply the correct name and address for each debtor.
- It does not include debts that you instruct us to suspend or cancel.
- If a settlement has been agreed after ACCA began acting on the account, then the amount of that settlement will be deemed as being a recovery gained by ACCA.
