Avonmere Commercial Collection Agency (ACCA) was set up to give people a simple way of recovering the money owed to them before embarking on an expensive and often fruitless legal route. Even though we have the word 'commercial' in our name, we soon realised that more people wanted a reliable personal debt collection firm.
Our goal now is to provide the very best debt collection service for individuals, small businesses and the huge multi-national corporations at an absolute minimal cost.
Our founders realised that people spent needless amounts of money with debt collection companies that charged for time spent on each case, for each letter and telephone call and took a percentage of the money recovered. In addition many had a huge 'joining fee' and, more often than not, a 'reward fee' for actually collecting the money. Something had to be done.
Avonmere's policy is to provide a successful credit control/debt collection service at a set fee for each account submitted. This involves a one-off fee before we begin working on the collection process and ensures there are NO HIDDEN COSTS, commission charges or nasty surprises for our customers.
